Sort and organize
We help you sort what stays and what goes, and can stack what you’re keeping neatly along the walls so you have room to park and work again.
Paint and chemicals
Old paint, chemicals, fuel and propane tanks need special handling. Point them out when you send photos so we can plan for them separately.
Step by step
How a garage clean out works
Photos or a look
Send a few photos of the garage or have us come look. We have an $85 minimum. Past that, we charge based on the weight of the items and how much volume they take up in our trailer, and you get the price before we start.
Sort
We go through it with you: keep, donate, recycle or trash.
Haul
Everything going is loaded into the trailer, from the rafters to the back corners.
Sweep and stack
We separate everything to recycle what we can and donate what we can. The rest goes to the proper disposal facility, where it gets sorted and recycled again before anything goes to the landfill. The floor is swept and what you’re keeping is stacked neatly.
