Paths are cleared first so everyone can move through the home safely. Items are bagged, sorted and carried straight out to the trailer. If there’s anything hazardous, like chemicals or biohazards, tell us when you reach out so we can plan for it.
One visit or several
Some homes are cleared in a day; others take several visits. We plan the job around what the home and the family need, and keep the price clear from the start.

How a hoarding cleanup works
A private conversation
Call or text and tell us about the situation. Photos help us plan and give you a price. We have an $85 minimum. Past that, we charge based on the weight of the items and how much volume they take up in our trailer, and you get the price before we start.
Agree on the plan
We set out what stays, what gets donated and what you want to see before it leaves.
Clear and sort
Area by area, items are bagged, sorted and carried out, with valuables and paperwork set aside.
Haul and sweep
We separate everything to recycle what we can and donate what we can. The rest goes to the proper disposal facility, where it gets sorted and recycled again before anything goes to the landfill. The home is swept so cleaning and repairs can start.
